President / Founder
Jannet is a marketing executive, with 27+ years of experience, who believes in building a strategy first approach to planning and then building the road map on how to get there. She excels in building, implementing and managing cross-functional marketing campaigns for her clients.
During the last 27+ years of her career she counts herself lucky to have worked with some of the best products and on some of the most complex campaigns. All of which have taught her that being successful with some of the most challenging brands and products means to excel in successful collaboration with external and internal teams. The success of those campaigns has been her reward.
She has worked at Universal Orlando Resorts where she led the Marquee Events, City Walk, Florida and U.S Hispanic integrated marketing teams. In that role she was responsible for the communication plans and creative efforts for some amazing campaigns such as Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights and was instrumental in building the Hispanic marketing platforms, and managed the Hispanic creative / brand for the company.
Learning and growing within her industry, along with applying those learnings to new teams and organization has always been her north star and career guide. In return she feels she has become a marketer with experience working in different industries and has held several different roles within marketing departments. Having worked in the touring Broadway industry taught her how to market a singular product uniformly on a national level. She has worked within the hotel industry, working at Baha Mar in the Bahamas, learning hotel marketing and event operations. At Baha Mar she executed the resorts first NYE concert and welcomed Dua Lipa to the Bahamas and led the efforts for the resorts first Celebrity Golf Tournament. Working in the Bahamas and at Visit Orlando Tourism Bureau taught her to be versatile, to adapt marketing efforts and leadership styles to the cultures in the markets you are marketing in.
She defines her career as one which has brought her great moments of pride and one particular body of work that stands out among the rest is the pride she felt to have led the team who created and marketed one of Orlando's first and most successful Hispanic events, Viva La Musica, at SeaWorld Orlando.
Jannet is an executive with extensive marketing industry insight able to lead large teams through complex projects, and campaigns by maximizing the unity of the team and working in collaboration with cross-functional departments.

Public Relations / Communication
Juliette has worked as part of in-house PR & Communications teams for global brands for nearly 15 years in a variety of industries. Today, she works with diverse industries providing PR strategic planning, media relations, media training, brand partnerships, influencer marketing and U.S. Hispanic media outreach. Previous roles include leading media relations, executive communications, thought leadership strategy and content marketing at one of the largest virtual schools in the nation, Florida Virtual School; spearheading buzzworthy brand partnerships and activations at Travel + Leisure Co. and Public Relations Manager at Universal Orlando Resort. During her eight-year tenure at Universal Orlando Resort, Juliette developed from the ground up UOR’s media relations efforts for the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American audiences, in addition to working with the team to lead the opening of more than 30 new guest experiences, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley and the water theme park, Universal’s Volcano Bay. She also led a variety of high-profile, large-scale national and international TV productions filming at the parks.
Brand Development / Strategic Creative Planning
Andrea has worked with national and international brands for over 20 years and has traveled to over 40 countries around the world.
She has a vast knowledge of marketing and branding to international consumers and for the U.S. Hispanic market. In her latest role, she led the strategic direction for Europe and Latin America and was responsible for creating multi-level partnerships and supporting large scale events. Her strength lies in building creative strategies and converting them into actionable implementations and for that, has helped brands achieve and surpass goals.
She understands the importance of integrated marketing and messaging and the impact on the consumer journey. She likes to call herself a brand creative.
She’s originally from Uruguay and lived in Switzerland for many years. She speaks multiple languages and loves music, sports and she’s an avid walker. If she’s not working, you will find her volunteering in a variety of organizations.
